Hi my name is Pieter, me and a friend (Jacques) started a designing studio about 15months ago. We wanted to do what we loved doing, draw pictures and listen to music! ha I know what your thinking but it is not as easy as it sounds, infact beggining last year we started out first freelance job and got a whole lot less than what we bargained for, R80 000.00 less! we worked contract for 4 months and when we opened our eyes the company we worked on contract for lost a substancial amout of money, we got the shortest end of the stick! we were Down but not Dead and decided to keep moving forward with our bussines even though all our resources was an illusion. We kept moving forward and we kept designing because we were inspired, and to make a long story short we are here today and still designing.
We are music and art lovers and we have a VERY soft spot for the art of ROCK & ROLL( and everthing from ThinLizzy,Metallica,Korn to Flyleaf) we are currenty aiming to design a 1000 cd cover designs fo Unsigned Bands all around the world. so we've desided to start a design studio for Musicians to get Great cover designs for an umatched price, for more info on our "Unsigned Band Covers" click on Cover Gallary. The first band we designed for is Godsystematic a seriously Great "gospel nu metal" band from Vereeniging Gauteng, you can see more of their and other designs in our Cover Gallary. We made this blog to start getting exposure and to start gathering the finances to open a website to promote unsigned bands and freelance designers, to pay a designer to design you a cover will cost you allot of money and unsigned bands usualy don't have the money for a cd cover design and there are freelance designers like us that will design for a cause. and that is why we design so we are in other words artists!
